Description
This 17 week program is for individuals who will participate in the Iron Distance event for the first time. The plan consists of 3 base building phases where two key components of triathlon- strength and endurance are the focus. The plan ends with a 2 week "TriCamp" (week 15 and 16) and recovery week.
