This plan is designed to take you through the 20 weeks leading to IRONMAN® Swansea 70.3 in Wales. This is a scenic course with an ocean swim, hilly bike & flat run. The plan includes swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition and strength & conditioning sessions and guides.
