Description

This is a 9 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your IRONMAN® race. These 9 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, 1 S&C session & a bike-run brick workout per week. The bricks are scheduled on Thursday in odd-numbered weeks & on Saturday in even-numbered weeks. There is a short 2 week Base Phase and 7 week Build phases. Every fourth week is a recovery week & the final 2 weeks a tapering period. ...
