Training Plan: 2018 NAZ Elite Intermediate Marathon Plan (10 Weeks)

Purchase This Plan - $29.99

About This Training Plan

Written by HOKA NAZ Elite coach Ben Rosario, this plan includes the same workouts we use to prepare for the marathon. Ben includes details on how to tailor workouts for different terrain. He also uses examples from our athletes and tells you what they did before some of their fastest marathons!

Who Should Do This Plan

This plan is for athletes looking to run 4:00 or faster at the marathon. Athletes should be comfortable with mileage around 50-75 miles per week and have a good 4-8 weeks of base training before beginning the plan. It is very similar to the training the HOKA NAZ Elite athletes do for the marathon.

How It Works

When you purchase a NAZ Elite training plan, your plan will automatically get loaded into the Final Surge training calendar. Final Surge allows you to view and track your training, record distance and duration, upload data from Garmin and other fitness devices, and much more. Use the Final Surge mobile app to view your training plan on the go and record your workouts. Each night your workout for the upcoming day will be emailed to you so that it is sitting in your inbox the next morning.
