missed the goal but did what I could on the day. after only a couple of track races the last 3 years my calves felt this one. half way through the race they were on fire. This was a new feeling for me...I've dealt with post race calf soreness but never mid 10k. From a cardio standpoint I felt pretty solid. felt tightness in my ribcage still but nothing major. really body broke down more than anything. A positive step in some ways
