Post Workout Notes:
2mile WU, 2mile CD.
6 miles alt 2min on, 1min off on Lake Mary. 0-6. Ran 32:30 total time. 2min on started around 5:00-5:10, then after the a few I was 5:00 or faster. Did the last rep as a 1/2 mile because it worked out to get a measured split. 2:24.
Mile splits during the fartlek. 5:18, 5:28, 5:33, 5:29, 5:27, 5:10.

Easy run, up to airport on dirt, then over to urban trail and down from Fort Tuthill. Knee still feels off, but much better than a few days ago.

Easy run, with a few pick ups during the last mile. Saw Wes for a few minutes after the run. He felt the knee was doing better, worked through the left hamstring a bit. All in all getting a little better each day but still a bit of a hassle.

Bike Path (up and down). 20 x 200 with 200 jog recovery. Looking to average 32.

On bike Path by airport. Marked a 600m stretch, went out 200m on, 200 off, 200 on, then back 200 off, 200 on 200 off. Worked out that one was downhill, one flat, one uphill. 31-32 on downhill, 32-33 on flat, mostly 33s on up. 20 x 200m total. 2+ WU, 2 mile CD with Steph.
