Has that 20-minute barrier eluded you? Have you been running close to 20 minutes for 5km/Parkrun and want to give it your best shot at going under? Then this is the plan for you. Runners must have recently run under 23 minutes for 5km, be already running a minimum of 3x per week, and be able to commit to 4-6 days of running per week for this training block.
