Take the hassle and worry out of preparing for your first 10k paddle board race! I'll take you through 12 weeks of training to build up your body and fitness to make sure you're race ready! How the plan is structured: - The first month you'll focus on building your base with the majority of your paddles being focused on aerobic conditioning.
