Ironman Wales is a truly epic race, and one of the most challenging Ironman events in the world. This race takes place in the stunning coastal town of Tenby, in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The event consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run, all set against the rugged and beautiful Welsh coastline.
