Nice and easy.

Post Workout Notes:
Nice easy long run this morning, it was pretty warm and I was so thirsty in the last 6 miles that my tongue wasn’t moving by the time I got home, it was dry! The few weights I did yesterday got me, I was pretty sore and tired during this run but happy to have gotten in the distance!
