Short easy run after seeing AJ to get shin worked on. Mostly tendon and muscular inflammation. So decided to keep today short.

3 mile warmup. 8 x 200 in 31-32 with 200 jog recovery. 9 mile run.

3mile WU, drills, 8 x 200. 32s for all but first and last 33/31. 4miles after the 200s. Right shin tight again so called it short. Kellyn Taylor crushed Grandmas Marathon with a 2:24:28! 7th fastest US Women in history.
